BPT is in the womb...
We are opening the virtual doors to our tea business this year (www.breezypointtea.com). I am so excited about what may lie ahead - the fulfillment of a dream! I compare tea to wine in many ways. There is always something new to try when it comes to tea. You can be someone who just loves to have some tea every once in while or you can be a professional cupper and taster who can taste with amazing depth; noticing the intricacies in tea down to identifying the region of growth and hints of the other vegetation that grew near the field where that tea plant grew. There is always something to learn and something to try. And I don't even have to mention the presumed health benefits of tea. To name just a few, tea is said to curb appetite, boost metabolism, assist in digestion, help your immune system and maybe prevent heart disease and cancer.
My vision for Breezy Point Tea Company (BPT) is for it to be a brand that reminds us to relax and enjoy life. Sometimes I have to remind myself to slow down and enjoy each day for what it is. Enjoying a cup of tea helps me do that.
I look forward to becoming a good blogger. My husband says that he hates people who create a blog and never update it so I will make a valiant effort not to be "that person"! I do imagine that the blog updates will pick up pace when the "virtual doors" are open. Thanks for checking us out and we hope that you continue to follow our progress at Breezy Point Tea.
